Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with PhasaTV, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Eligible: First-time subscribers only
• Eligible: Refund request within 7 days
• Not Eligible: Renewal subscriptions
• Not Eligible: Discounted or promotional plans (unless stated)

3. How to Request a Refund

Include:

• Your registered email address
• Subscription date
• Reason for refund (optional)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to Account Settings > Subscription
• Click Cancel Subscription
• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No refund for unused days in the current period

5. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

To stop auto-renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

6. Exceptions

No refunds for:

• Violations of Terms & Conditions
• Account suspensions or bans
• Downloaded content (all content is streaming only)
